Ingredients for making Jillipi: -
Flour- 1.5 cups
Salt- 1/2 table spoon
Baking soda- 1/2 table spoon
Sugar- 1.5 cups
Lemon- 1/2 wheel
Cardamom- 2
Soybean oil- 400 gms
Quantity of water
A plastic bottle
"Flour Jellapi Recipe" ****************
Preparation: -
Step: 1
Firstly I measured the top cup and took 1.5 cups of flour.
Now I will add 1/2 table spoon of salt in the flour.
Then I will add 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda in the flour.
Then I will mix the three ingredients well.
So my ingredients have been mixed. Now it's time to make batter.
Step: 2
Then make a batter with the help of a spoon with a little bit of water in the flour mixture.
It will not be too dense or too thin, it will be of medium dense type.
I have finished making the batter. Now I will cover the batter with the lid for 20 minutes. Then the episode of making sugar syrup.
Step 3
I will take 1.5 cups of sugar to make jellapi syrup.
Then I will put 1 cup of water in a pot with 1.5 cups of sugar.
I put the sugar pot in the oven on medium heat.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Then I will mix the juice of half a lemon in the syrup so that the sugar syrup does not freeze..
I finished making my sugar syrup.
Step 4
I'll take a plastic bottle to make jillapi.
I will make a hole of medium size with the mouth of the bottle.
I'll cover the covered battery well again.
Then take the battery into the bottle.
Step: 5
I will wash a pan and put it in the oven and heat it with the amount of soybean oil in it.
This time I will make a patch of jilapi by turning my hand with the bottle.
So that's what I did.
Then you have to turn the jellapies s upside down and fold them in brown color.
All my jellapies are fried.
■ Last step
Fried jillapi shots should be passed through a vein of hot sugar.
The jellapies have to be dipped in cider for some time or 1.5 hours. But I kept it for a very short time.
This is how my "jellapi recipe with flour" was made. Now I have to serve it. Since I am not good at making jellies, the jellapi patches are not done properly. But it has been good to eat.
