Traditional Chicken Korma - Most Delicious Dish

Hi everyone I hope you will be enjoying hive as well as your health. Today I am here to share the traditional recipe and dish of Chicken Korma and I hope you will love to have this dish in the hive.


So Let's start cooking Traditional Chicken Korma

In my area chicken korma is very famous and known as a delicious dish in the weddings, parties, household functions, school functions, college functions, seminars, on the whole it is found in every picnic and party.

The dish is very simple, I am going to share chicken korma dish on a large scale, as it was cooked for a wedding party on a large scale.


Ingredients

Some of the necessary and important ingredients are given below:

  • Vegetable oil
  • Red Chilies
  • Green Chilies
  • Pepper
  • Yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Tomato 🍅
  • Ginger
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Dry Spice

So these are prominent products which are used in the cooking of the traditional chicken korma.


Chicken 🐔 Korma

First of all, all the ingredients including green chilies, onions, ginger, garlic's, tomatoes are washed and then these are grinded to small pieces so that their taste can be added easily and they can be fried easily.

Green chilies are here. We washed these green chilies and then plucked the extra parts of them. After that we grinded them.

Here you can see that now these chilies have been grinded. Now we covered it and safe it at the safe and sound place.

Now it is the turn of tomatoes, we washed these tomatoes and then we cut them in small prices Di that we can grind them easily.

Now you can see that we put those small pieces in the grinder and also put some water in it so that it could be grind easily.

Now it is the turn of ginger, now it was washed and it was cut in the small pieces and it was also put in the grinder and I grinded it completely untill it became fluid.

This is the mixture of all the dry spice. It was filtered first them it was also grinded keenly and now it is ready to use. It is necessary spice to make the taste more delicious 😋.

Now finally it is the time to cook Chicken Korma, so firstly all the spices including dry as well as green spices was fried in the oil, untill all the stuff got red.

Now you can see that after this chicken was washed and was out in the container, and water was also added to it. The container used is big so that every part of the chicken could be fried completely.

Now it was time to enhance the fire 🔥 so that the chicken korma could ripe fastly and easily. But the fire was not so much it was somewhat light so that everything became ripe completely.

As I have mentioned it earlier that it was cooked for the wedding ceremony known as Walima in my area. So after a lot of time it got ripped and now it was ready to serve. So this traditional chicken korma was firstly filled with the green Coriander, as you can see.

So finally it was ready to eat and serve, I was seeing it and mouth was watering, I wanted to eat it, but the reason was that I was host and I had to serve the guests first. So after serving all the guests I enjoyed this traditional chicken korma. It was really very tasty, delicious and had appetizing odour.
