Bambara nut as many know it, has many ways it can be consumed. One of the ways includes turning it into a flour for making Pudding.
According to its description on Wikipedia, it has its origin from West Africa, and I'm happy writing from there. In fact, it serves as a major food to people from Enugu state and Anambra in Southeast of Nigeria, where it's generally called Okpa.
Today I decided to make it part of my fast foods to enrich my protein. The process is described on the images.
The ingredients and process
About 100grams of the Bambara nut flour
Ingredients:
- Palm oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Sweetening cubes
- Onions
- Crayfish
- Wrappers
- Water
Wrap into smaller size as desired
Steam in hot boiling water for about 20mins
Our cooked Pudding yummy 😋
Bon appetit

When I was a kid I used to love eating pudding. But for some reason it's been years since I last eat one. Yours looks very easy to be made and tasty too!
Oh oh. That's unfortunate.
