Never did, only kefir cheese that I made several times a week for years. I also tried mozzerella once, dismal failure, and using the failed stuff tried to make ricotta, another fail. Kefir cheese was so easy compared to these, plus it has at least 40! Different probiotics. But even that wasn’t tolerated a few years back, so it’s mostly hard cheeses for me, none of which I make.

Oh kefir cheese sounds amazing. I've never heard of it!!! Cheese always sounds so complicated to me. I'm just pleased I found another protein source that isn't too expensive. And I can make it on my travels too easy enough! Lol I probably won't though 😂
