it's crunchier than bean sprouts and sometimes it's quite chewy, i find it tastier than bean sprouts. This mushroom in your country's supermarket does not sell?

I don't remember seeing Enoki mushrooms in our supermarkets but I'll be sure to look out for them in my next grocery runs. 😁
