Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes,mi receta de albóndigas de carne de res, yo suelo prepararlas, y acompañarlas con una rica pasta y queso parmesano.
Es muy fácil de preparar y quedan súper ricas.
Para prepararla necesitamos:
1/2 kilo de Carne de res molida
1 cebolla
4 ají
2 tomate
Cilantro
Ajo
Sal
Especies al gusto
Salsa inglesa
Aceite
Paso 1 :
Lo primero que hice fue, condimentar la carne con un poco de cebolla picada en trocitos, un ají y el ajo, luego le agregue los condimentos, sal, pimienta, comino, un poquito de salsa inglesa y mezcle hasta integrar.
Paso 2:
Con las manos muy bien lavadas, tome la carne y forme bolitas medianas, procurando que queden todas del mismo tamaño.
Paso 3:
Precalentamos un sartén con un poquito de aceite de maíz, y cuando esté caliente agregamos la carne y sellamos muy bien por todos lados.
Paso 4:
Procese en la licuadora, él restos de los aliños: cebolla, ajo, ají, cilantro y el tomate.
Paso 5:
Agregue a mis albóndigas, los aliños ya licuados, rectifique la sal y le agregue un poquito de pimienta al gusto,
le coloque un poquito de salsa inglesa.
Deje cocinar por unos minutos, y listo ya tenemos estas deliciosas albóndigas de res.
Que acompañe con una pasta corta, y con mucho queso parmesano.

Today I want to share with you my recipe for beef meatballs, I usually prepare them, and accompany them with a rich pasta and Parmesan cheese.
It is very easy to prepare and they are super rich.
To enhance it we need:
1/2 kilo of ground beef
1 onion
4 chili
2 tomato
Cilantro
Garlic
Salt
Species to taste
English sauce
Oil
Step 1 :
The first thing I did was, season the meat with a little chopped onion, a chili pepper and garlic, then add the seasonings, salt, pepper, cumin, a little Worcestershire sauce and mix until integrated.
Step 2:
With your hands very well washed, take the meat and form medium balls, making sure that they are all the same size.
Step 3:
Preheat a frying pan with a little corn oil, and when it is hot, add the meat and seal very well on all sides.
Step 4:
Process in the blender, the remains of the dressings: onion, garlic, chili, coriander and tomato.
Step 5:
Add to my meatballs, the already blended dressings, rectify the salt and add a little pepper to taste,
Add a little Worcestershire sauce.
Let cook for a few minutes, and ready we have these delicious beef meatballs.
Accompany with a short pasta, and with a lot of Parmesan cheese.
