Ingredientes:
2 tazas de arroz
350 de pollo
2 chuletas de cochino ahumadas
3 salchichas
200gr de jamón
1 zanahoria
Repollo
1 cebolla
2 ají dulce
5 dientes de ajo
Cebollín
Ajinomoto
Comino
Curry
Sabroseador
Sal
Aceite vegetal
Lo primero que hice fue preparar las 2 tazas de arroz en 3 tazas de agua, y le ponemos un poquito de sal al gusto,una vez listo el arroz dejamos enfriar.
Luego lavamos y picamos las chuletas de cochino ahumada en trozos pequeños y procedemos a sonreír en un un sartén con un poquito de aceite vegetal.
Cuando estén bien doradas retiramos del fuego.
Por otra parte lavamos muy bien el pollo, y picamos en trozos pequeños, agregamos, sal, curry y dos diente de ajo, y lo agregamos a cocinar en el sartén.
Una vez listo ya dorado, retiramos del sartén y agregamos las salchichas ya picas en rueda.
Cuando tengamos ya todas las carnes lista, picamos las cebolla, el ají y el ajo y sofreímos en un caldero con aceite vegetal, luego agregamos las carnes y luego el arroz y mércalos bien.
Cuando todo esté bien unido agregamos la zanahoria rallada, y el repollo picado en finas tiras, y retiramos la sal y el ajinomoto.
Demos cocinar por unos minutos y agregamos el jamón picado en tiras y luego agregamos el cebollín.
Listo ya tenemos este delicioso arroz sorpresa. Quedó buenísimo.

Good morning dear Hivers, today I bring you a delicious recipe for a surprise rice, to make it we need:
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice
350 chicken
2 smoked pork chops
3 sausages
200gr of ham
1 carrot
Cabbage
1 onion
2 sweet pepper
5 cloves of garlic
chives
Ajinomoto
Cumin
Curry
relisher
Salt
Vegetable oil
The first thing I did was prepare the 2 cups of rice in 3 cups of water, and add a little salt to taste, once the rice is ready, let it cool.
Then we wash and chop the smoked pork chops into small pieces and proceed to smile in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
When they are well browned, remove from the heat.
On the other hand, we wash the chicken very well, and chop it into small pieces, add salt, curry and two clove of garlic, and add it to cook in the pan.
Once ready and golden, remove from the pan and add the sausages already chopped in a wheel.
When we have all the meats ready, we chop the onion, the chili and the garlic and fry them in a cauldron with vegetable oil, then we add the meats and then the rice and mix them well.
When everything is well combined, add the grated carrot, and the cabbage chopped into fine strips, and remove the salt and the ajinomoto.
Let's cook for a few minutes and exhaust the chives.
Ready we already have this delicious surprise rice. It was great.
