Hello lovelies! Welcome to my first cookbook blog of the month! I got really excited making this so I hope you enjoy reading too. These 5, budget-friendly and accessible recipes are savory and packed with lusciousness to the brim. All the procedures and ingredients are going to be dropped below. (1) Honey Crisp Shrimp Bites

INGREDIENTS:

2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1 KILO OF SHRIMP (DEPENDS ON HOW MANY SERVINGS YOU WOULD LIKE)
1 EGG
GREEN ONIONS (OPTIONAL FOR THE TOPPINGS)
1 TBSP HONEY
1 AND A HALF CUP OF FLOUR
HALF A CUP OF CORNSTARCH
1 TBSP BAKING POWDER (OPTIONAL FOR EXTRA PUFFINESS)
BANANA KETCHUP
OYSTER SAUCE
VEGETABLE/OLIVE OIL
MAYONNAISE
SALT
PEPPER
CUCUMBER (OPTIONAL FOR THE SIDES)

1.Peel the shrimps and cut the poopline on both front and back.

2.Combine flour, cornstarch, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3.Cut some green onions and in a separate bowl, add ketchup and mayonnaise.

4.Smother the peeled shrimps with oyster sauce and panfry for 2 mins.

5.Coat with egg- flour batter and fry with vegetable/olive oil in much larger amounts.

6.After double-frying, drizzle a bit of honey and serve with the ketchup and mayo sauce dip.

(2) Garlic Confit ala King

INGREDIENTS:

HALF A KILO OF CHICKEN (DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF SERVINGS)
2 TBSP SRIRACHA
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CORNSTARCH
1 TBSP STEAMED MILK POWDER (OPTIONAL FOR A TAD BIT OF CREAMINESS AND SWEETNESS)
SALT
PEPPER
HONEY
3 CLOVES GARLIC
GARLIC POWDER (OPTIONAL)

1.Let the chicken boil in water for 3 mins and place in a separate bowl.

2.Mix salt, pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, and smother it all over the chicken.

3.Coat the chicken in a sriracha and honey mixture, then with the dry ingredients like flour, steamed milk powder, and cornstarch.

4.Deep fry and serve.

(3) Sweet and Spicy Braised Chicken Jalapeño

INGREDIENTS:

1 KILO CHICKEN (VARIES ON AMOUNT OF SERVINGS)
SALT
PEPPER
GINGER
GREEN ONIONS
2 JALAPENOS
3 CHILI PEPPERS
2 CLOVES GARLIC
4 TBSP SOY SAUCE
3 CUPS WATER
ROCK CANDIES (USE 3 TBSP SUGAR AS A SUBSTITUTE IF NONE)
COOKING WINE (SUBSTITUTE WITH CHICKEN BROTH AND A TBSP OF VINEGAR IF NONE)
A LITTLE BIT OF OYSTER SAUCE

1.Smother chicken with salt and pepper.

2.Pan fry for 5 minutes and let it cool down.

3.In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, cooking wine, oyster sauce, and garlic, then pour into the panfried chicken.

4.Thinly slice some jalapenos, chili peppers, and green onion.

5.Add in ome ginger and rock candies and let it simmer until thickened and less soupy.

6.Serve with hot rice.

(4) Katsu Whack Burger

INGREDIENTS:

BREADCRUMBS
EGGS
BURGER BUNS
CHICKEN
CUCUMBER
CHEDDAR CHEESE
ONIONS
TOMATOES
MAYONNAISE
KETCHUP
SALT
PEPPER
Procedures

1.Heat up some burger buns in an oven toaster and spread mayonnaise on one side, ketchup on the other.

2.Prepare some chicken and smother with salt and pepper, coat with egg and breadcrumbs afterwards.

3.Fry and strain the excess oil.

4.Panfry some eggs and set aside.

5.Cut up some onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and cucumber.

6.Assemble the chicken katsu, eggs, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and cucumber in the burger buns and serve.

(5) Grilled Fish Marinated Savor

INGREDIENTS:

FISH
SALT
PEPPER
ONION
GARLIC
TOMATOES
CUCUMBER
OYSTER SAUCE
SOY SAUCE
VINEGAR

1.Grill some fish and add salt and pepper.
2.For the sauce, combine onion, garlic, tomatoes, cucumber, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar and bring it to a simmer on low heat.
3.Serve hot fish and lather it with the thick sauce for the extra savor.
