Hoy les traigo esta receta que preparé para el almuerzo de mi familia, es una pasta cremosa con pollo, queda muy deliciosa, la crema de leche le da un toque Super rico, si quieres ver la preparación acompañame hasta el final de la publicación.

Today I bring you this recipe that I prepared for lunch for my family, it is a creamy pasta with chicken, it is very delicious, the cream gives it a super rich touch, if you want to see the preparation accompany me to the end of the publication.

Empezamos la preparación colocando a hervir suficiente agua con sal al gusto, agrego los 250 g de pasta y dejamos cocinar hasta que esté al dente. Sacamos el agua y reservamos.

We begin the preparation by boiling enough water with salt to taste, add the 250 g of pasta and let it cook until al dente. Remove the water and set aside.

Seguidamente cortamos la pechuga de pollo en cubos, sazonamos al gusto, yo lo hice con ajo y sal. Y colocamos a cocinar en una sartén con aceite bien caliente.

Cuando veamos que el pollo esté cocido, le agregamos la cebolla cortada en cubos.

Pasados unos minutos, cuando la cebolla esté cristalizada, añadimos el queso que hemos rayado previamente, y la crema de leche. Dejamos cocinar hasta que el queso esté derretido.

Ya tenemos lista nuestra pasta y el pollo. Ahora procedemos a mezclar todo muy bien en un envase grande.
