Hehe 😂 I have never seen such a kebab sauce, only mild, spicy and garlic ;) but as for the strange flavor combinations, Belgian fries are with mayonnaise and in Ireland, you can eat french fries with mayonnaise and curry. They even taste good :)
I lived in Europe long enough to enjoy mayo with fries. I'm used to currywurst (curry and ketchup on a wurst), but never heard of curry mayo fries. That sounds good! But pancakes would be a whole different story 🤢.
Although now that I think about it, whenever I was at a fest in Germany, I always had crepes with salami or something salty. I never ordered the sweet crepes. So maybe a ketchup and mayo pancake wouldn't be too bad 😂.
