Hello guys!
Wanna try something healthy? U have to try this dish! I've made a bowl of salad. But not a veggie salad, it's a fruit salad! It's perfect for an appetizer. And the taste is sweet and sour, pretty delicious. It's also easy and simple to make at home. Wanna try?
- Any kinds of fruit (I used a dragonfruit, an apple, and some grapes)
- 2 sachets of jelly powder
- Condensed milk
- Mayonnaise
- Cheddar cheese
- Sugar
- Enough water
We cook the jelly first. Pour one sachet of jelly powder into a pan, then add 3-5 tbsp of sugar, and enough water. Stir well.
Then heat it on the stove while keep stirring until it boils.
After that, pour the liquid jelly into the tin and leave it solidify.
Do the same things for another sachet of jelly powder.
So we have 2 tins of jelly.
While waiting for the jelly to solidify, prepare the fruits. Chop the apple and dragonfruit into small pieces.
Then put them into a bowl.
Add some grapes.
Also add some jelly pieces.
After that, pour enough condensed milk.
Mix them well.
Then add the mayonnaise and grated cheese.
And... Done!
To make it more delicious, u can refrigerate it for a while and serve it cold. Or u can serve it with some ice cubes.
