Hey yo guys! What's up? I hope you're all fine and happy as always.

Today, i'm gonna share u a fried eggs recipe. Uh, wait... Why should i share a recipe like that? U all know about fried eggs. But, this isn't like the common fried egg! Cuz i've made another variation of this egg dish. I've made the Crispy fried eggs! Yeah, i know maybe there some other people also know about this recipe. But seriously, this idea just popped into my head and i immediately made it. Well, then let's go straight to the recipe!

But don't forget to wash your hands before cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 8 tbsp of multi-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp of baking soda
  • Salt
  • Broth powder
  • Water
  • Cooking oil

Procedures

First, make it like a regular omelette. Crack the eggs into the bowl. Then add ¼ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of broth powder.

Beat the eggs.

After that, put the frying pan on the stove. Spread it with 2 tbsp of cooking oil. Then turn on the stove and pour the egg mixture.

Flip the egg and cook the other side.

After that, slice the omelette into 8 pieces.

Then, prepare the flour, add ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of broth powder, and ¾ tsp of baking soda. Mix them well.

Then take 4 tbsp of the flour mixture, then add 5-7 tbsp of water. Stir well.

So we have 2 kinds of flour mixture.

After that heat the cooking oil on the stove, make sure the amount of cooking oil is enough for deep-frying.

While waiting for the oil to heat up, put the omelette pieces into the wet mixture, then coat them with it.

After that, roll the omelette pieces into the dry mixture and press them with your fingers.
Repeat these 2 steps once again.

Just when the cooking oil is hot, fry the coated eggs until they're golden brown.

When it's cooked, put the fried eggs on a plate. Serve them with sauce or mayonnaise. And your Crispy Fried Eggs are ready!

Ooh... It's so crunchy.

Well guys, thanks for visiting my post. Hope u like it.

Have nice day!

Thanks @jacobtothe for sharing this. I didn't have any broth powder, so I used crushed bullion cubes instead. One cube makes a teaspoon.
