Mis estimados, reciban un cordial saludo! El día de hoy quiero compartir una receta que quizá muchos de aquí ya habrán elaborado, sin embargo no esta de mas refrescar y compartir nuevas ideas. Estábamos de aniversario mi esposa y yo, por complicaciones de salud de ella, no se pudo hacer lo que teníamos planeado para esta especial ocasión. Pero no quise que pasara desapercibida la ocasión así es que la sorprendí con estos jugosos pepitos. Sin mas preámbulos, les hablare de como fue la elaboración y que ingredientes use para ello.
My dear friends, receive a warm greeting! Today I want to share a recipe that perhaps many here have already prepared, however it is not superfluous to refresh and share new ideas. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, but due to her health complications we could not do what we had planned for this special occasion. But I didn't want the occasion to go unnoticed so I surprised her with these juicy pepitos. Without further ado, I'll talk about how it was made and what ingredients I used for it.

PREPARACION // PREPARATION
Empecé con el pollo, primero rebane la pechuga de pollo y le agregue los aliños, como ajo, cebolla, ají, comino, sal al gusto, y luego le agregue vegetales como berenjena, calabacín y se lo pique en trocitos. Eso lo lleve al fuego hasta que estuvo listo.
I started with the chicken, first I sliced the chicken breast and added the seasonings, such as garlic, onion, chili, cumin, salt to taste, and then I added vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini and chopped it into small pieces. That take it to the fire until it was ready.
Tome unas papas y las ralle y también pique otras en juliana. Las lleve al fuego en aceite y reserve para mas tarde.
Take some potatoes and grate them and also chop others into julienne strips. Take them to the fire in oil and reserve them for later.
Seguido a esto, tome repollo, lo pique y lo lleve al fuego en agua hirviendo por pocos minutos. Cole y reserve para mas tarde. Así mismo, ralle las zanahorias y reserve.
Ralle el queso, freí los huevos y pique los panes.
Followed by this, take cabbage, chop it and bring it to the fire in boiling water for a few minutes. Grate the cabbage and reserve for later. Also, grate the carrots and set aside.
Grate the cheese, fry the eggs and chop the breads.
Teniendo todo listo, procedí a rellenar mis pepitos... Pique un aguacate en tiras, coloque las papitas fritas, la ensalada, el pollo, las salsas, el queso, los acompañé con un refresco y esta sorpresa esta lista para la mujer de mi vida. Fue un detalle sencillo pero hecho con mucho amor. Espero les haya agradado mi fácil receta y se animen también a recrearla.
Having everything ready, I proceeded to fill my pepitos.... I chopped an avocado into strips, put the chips, salad, chicken, sauces, cheese, I accompanied them with a soda and this surprise is ready for the woman of my life. They look really tasty, my family used to cook them but I think with a bigger bun (I don't have idea about cook lol). Did you make them with a small bun something like a hot dog?
yes my friend @therealflaws, it is a little bigger than a hot dog, without the sausage hehehe. in this case I added chicken and vegetables.
