Hello my dear friends readers and food lovers,👩 💕 👨 Today I want to share with you a recipe that is the first time I make it, I wanted to practice it and see the results of it.

They are very compact brownies that I loved to enjoy with vanilla ice cream, it is a delicious bite that will become a snack or dessert to indulge yourself.

Hola mis queridos amigos lectores y amantes de la comida,👩💕👨 Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta que es la primera vez que la hago, quería practicarla y ver los resultados de la misma.

Son unos brownies muy compactos que me encantó disfrutar con helado de vainilla, es un bocado delicioso que se convertirá en una merienda o postre para darse un gusto.

Procedure

Place the cocoa and the previously sifted wheat flour in a bowl. Set aside.

In a bowl place the semi bitter chocolate, melt in the microwave for 30 to 30 seconds, add the coffee powder and hot water, mix and set aside.

In a larger bowl add the sugar, mayonnaise, vanilla, egg, mix, then add the dissolved cocoa and melted chocolate (at room temperature).

Mix preferably with a spatula or balloon.

Place aluminium foil on the bottom of a tray and spread the mixture.

Add the walnuts and sink them a little into the mixture.

Place in the oven, which must be preheated beforehand.

Bake at 180 ºC for approximately 25 minutes.

Unmould once it is at room temperature and cut.

This dessert has a strong chocolate flavour, a smooth texture and is ideal with ice cream.

I recommend spreading a little icing sugar on top, as it is low in sugar and if you are a chocolate lover, this dessert is ideal for you.

Add the wheat flour in two batches and mix in.

En un bol colocar la cocoa y la harina de trigo previamente cernida. Reservar.

En un bol colocar el chocolate semi amargo, derretir en el microondas de 30 a 30 segundos agregar el café en polvo el agua caliente , mezclar y Reservar.

En un envase mas grande agregar el azúcar, la mayonesa, vainilla, huevo, mezclar, luego integrar la cocoa disuelta y el chocolate derretido(A temperatura ambiente).

Integrar de preferencia con espátula o globo.

Agregar la harina de trigo en dos tanda e ir integrando.

En una bandeja colocarle en el fondo papel de aluminio, y distribuir la mezcla.

Agregar la nuez y hundirla un poco entre la mezcla.

Meter al horno el cual debe estar previamente precalentado.

Hornear a 180 ºC por 25 minutos aproximadamente.

Desmoldar una vez que este a temperatura ambiente y cortar.

Este postre es de sabor fuerte a chocolate, de textura suave y ideal para acompañar con un helado.

Te recomiendo cuando lo hagas untarle un poco de azúcar glass por encima, ya que queda bajo de azúcar y si eres manante del chocolate este postre es ideal para ti.

Esta receta se ve genial.

También me encanta el chocolate y con la combinación de todos los ingredientes y cantidades, seguro quedo fenomenal.

No los he preparado. Esta receta es una buena opción.

Yo también publiqué por aquí una receta muy sencilla de hacer, pero que también quedo sabrosa.

Por aquí uno se encuentra cada cosa, que se las quiere comer todas.
