Hola familia de Hive, para el día de hoy les comparto una receta para realizar unas apetitosas hamburguesas con queso derretido y cebolla grillada además de añadidura un aderezo barbecue, para otorgarle un leve sabor dulce a cada mordisco.

En un bowl añadimos la carne molida, en este caso tenía la carne congelada entonces la dejé en agua hasta que estuviera lo suficientemente fresca.
