Eel Fish curry recipe || Bengali Fish curry

Hello friends, today I cooked eel fish. I have cooked this fish with potatoes. This eel fish with potatoes is delicious to eat. And today I am sharing this eel fish recipe with you.

Ingredients:

  • Eel fish.
  • 6 potatoes.
  • 2 onions.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 6 raw chillies.
  • 1 piece ginger.
  • Mustard oil.
  • 2 teaspoons salt.
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:

Step 01:
First, cut the fish, wash it with water and put it in a container.

Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. After peeling, cut and wash with water and put in a container.

Step 03:
Peel an onion and grate it. After peeling, cut and put in a bowl with peeled garlic and ginger.

Step 04:
I cut the chillies and put them in a bowl.

Step 05:
Paste the onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer.

Step 06:
Spread salt and turmeric on the cut fish.

Step 07:
I fry the fish well and put it in a pot.

Step 08:
I fry the potatoes well and put them in a pot.

Step 09:
I fry the spices in the pan with oil.

Step 10:
After frying the spices, mix it well with the fried potatoes.

Step 11:
After mixing the spices with the potatoes, add raw chilli, salt and turmeric.

Step 12:
Let's mix it all together.

Step 13:
After mixing, add water in it. When the water boils a little, I put the fried fish in it. I wait 10-12 minutes for the curry to taste good. When the curry is done, turn off the stove and spread the fried spice powder in it.

Step 14:
I put some curry in a bowl to eat.
