Anabas Fish curry recipe || Bengali Fish curry

Hello friends, today I cooked anabas fish curry. This fish I cooked with potatoes. Anabas fish are very tasty to eat. I am sharing this recipe with you today.

Ingredients:

  • Anabas fish.
  • 7 potatoes.
  • 1 onion and garlic.
  • Panchphoron.
  • Raw chilli.
  • Mustard oil.
  • 3 tablespoons salt.
  • 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Method:

Step 01:
I cut some fish from the fish brought from the market, washed it well with water and put it in a container.

Step 02:
I have peeled the onion. After peeling, I cut it and put it in a bowl with garlic.

Step 03:
I have peeled the potatoes. After peeling, I cut it, washed it well with water and put it in a container.

Step 04:
I cut the chillies, washed them with water and put them in a bowl.

Step 05:
I have applied salt and turmeric on the fish.

Step 06:
I have kept the fish in a well-fried container.

Step 07:
I put onion and garlic in a frying bowl.

Step 08:
I put the potatoes in a frying pan.

Step 09:
Panchphoron fried slightly.

Step 10:
Put all the fried ingredients and chilli in panchphoron. Add salt and turmeric.

Step 11:
I have mixed the ingredients well.

Step 12:
After mixing, I added enough water in it. When the water boils, I put the fried fish in it. I waited for 10-12 minutes for the fish curry to get better. When the curry is done, I spread the fried spice powder in it.

Step 13:
I picked up some fish curry in a pot to eat.
