Recipe 2# SPAGHETTI BRULEE

Hello Foodlovers,
You must be familiar with one of the typical Italian pasta dishes, namely Spaghetti, many variants of spaghetti including Bolognese, Aglio Olio, Carbonara and Brulee or better known as Baked Spaghetti which was trending viral on several social media last year.
Spaghetti is also often a favorite menu choice in restaurants or cafes.
This spaghetti brulee is cooked with a mixture of bolognese sauce with minced meat filling and topped with a creamy bachamel sauce and then grilled or can also be torched on top to produce a slightly browned surface and become a very delicious dish! The texture of this spaghetti brulee tends to be wet and not dense. The texture is very different from grilled macaroni or Schotel macaroni.
This Spaghetti Brulee is very suitable to be served for family gatherings at home or it can also be used as a selling idea, sometimes I still get orders from friends for this dish.

And this time I will share my signature Spaghetti Brulee recipe, the ingredients are very easy to find in supermarkets and the way to make it is also easy. let's see the recipe below.

Ingredients

200gr spaghetti
150gr bolognese sauce
1/4 kg minced meat
1/4 pc onion
2 cloves garlic (me garlic powder)
4 tbsp hot sauce
4 tbsp tomato sauce
a pinch of chili powder (optional)
enough oregano

bachamel sauce
250 ml liquid milk
2 tbsp wheat flour
3 tbsp margarine
100gr cheddar cheese/quick melt
1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to make

First, then boil the spaghetti until it's cooked aldente for about 8-10 minutes. lift drains.

Next, make the sauce, first add a little margarine then add the chopped onions and fry until fragrant then add the meat, then add the bolognes sauce, spicy sauce, tomato sauce, mix well. Then add the spaghetti, stir again. You can add chili powder if you like it spicy and cook until well blended and cooked. taste test.

Next, make the bechamel sauce, add the margarine until it melts, then add the flour, mix well, then add the milk and grated cheese, stir again, add enough pepper, cook until thickened. taste test.

The next step is to place the spaghetti in aluminum foil/heat-resistant bowl, then pour the bechamel sauce over the spaghetti, then bake the spaghetti in the oven for 10 minutes. after cooked serve while warm, very easy is not it.
