Have you ever tried recipes or certain foods that you got from social media?
What's the best recipe you can get and practice at home?

I found a super delicious Desert recipe that I have tried at home and this time I will share it with you.

In the past, this dish was a hit on Instagram last year during the month of Ramadan but this is the first time I intend to try it myself. This dish is very suitable to be eaten when the weather is hot or it can also be used as a selling idea.
Especially for a country with a tropical climate like Indonesia, this dish is very suitable.

Since I prefer sweet food to savory, I really like Buko Pandan. Also, at my house there is my little brother who loves all the food I make. Waaah... I think this would suit him very well.

how to make it super easy and the ingredients are very easy to find anywhere; franchise store or supermarket.

Ingredients:

  • 100gr pearl sago
  • 1 pc young coconut
  • 1 pc nata de coco
  • 1 bks jelly powder green
  • 1 pc of evaporated milk
  • 10 tbsp sweet thick
  • enough pandan paste
  • enough grated cheese

Step by step:

  • First, cook the jelly with coconut water, add 2 tablespoons of sugar according to taste, just stir until it boils, then pour it into the mold and let it cool until hard. Once hard, cut the jelly into cubes.

  • Secondly, cook the pearl sago as usual, then add all the filling ingredients (coconut meat, nata de coco, gelatin and evaporated milk) into the container, for the thick sweetness can be adjusted according to taste, then add enough pandan paste to mix until smooth. can be put directly into the cup / box, sprinkle with grated cheese and then store it in the refrigerator to make it more delicious.
