Assalumlikum everyone, how are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of God. Today I will share Spicy piyaju recipe. I hope you like it.

Ingredients

1 onion
2 garlic
3 raw chilli pieces
4 khesari dal
5 salt
6 chilli powder
7 turmeric powder
8 spices
9 oil.

Step 1

First I soaked the pulses in water for 5-6 hours. Soaking the pulses in water makes them soft. Then I took water from the dal. Then I washed the pulses well with water. After washing the pulses, the pulses should be chopped. I took the pulses.

Step 2

Cut onion, cut raw chilli. Then I took dal bata on a plate. Then I cut raw chilli and onion in dal and took garlic bata. And I have mixed these very nicely. And in the mixture of these pulses I have given salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and spices in quantity. Then I mixed everything well together.

Step 3

Then I took this dal mixture in my hand. Then I gave it a beautiful shape with the help of my hands. I took the mixture of pulses in a round shape with my hands. After doing one, I made the whole mixture of the plate into many round shapes. Then I put it on a plate so that it does not break.

Step 4

Then I put oil in the pan. It will take a little more oil. Then I lit the stove. After adding oil, wait until the oil is hot. Once the oil is hot, I will put the mixture of pulses on the plate in an oil shaped like piyaju. Then I will shake it a little. Then slowly put all the piyaju in the oil. Stir in the piyaju oil. When the piyaju turns red, I take it off the oil. Then all the piyaju became and I took it down from the oil.

Step 5

I took it down from the pan and cooled it. Then I served it nicely on a plate. The color has been very nice to see and much better. I served it all with piyaju sauce. It tastes a lot to eat with sauce. Many people in our country prefer it to be eaten as an afternoon snack.
