Anyone else wondering how it got to be the end of September already? I mentioned yesterday that I’m starting to think about fall, and while I was worried that would start a riot, I can see that I’m certainly not the only one – my social media feeds is currently overloaded with fall recipes.

Images look wonderfull, just wondering if it can be made without using eggs...
You can make fritters without egg, all you need are your favorite veggies mashed together with chickpea flour, then fry them on each side in oil.
