So here are the ingredients to cook a very tasty kachu lati with potatoes -

  • 1- Kachur Lati
    2- Potato
    3- Chop the onion
    4- Chili paste
    5- Garlic paste
    6- Cumin paste
    7- Salt
    8- Yellow powder and
    9- Soybean oil etc.

Cooking method -

  • At first, I peeled the kachu and cut it into small pieces. This time I have chopped the potatoes and chopped them. This time I have washed the kachu lati and potatoes well together.

  • This time I put a ring in the oven and put water in the pan. This time I put the washed kachu lati and potatoes inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, Kachu Lati is lightly cooked. This time I took it out of the oven and separated the kachu lati and potato from the water.

  • This time I put a ring in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I have stirred it a little with onion paste and I have stirred it again with green chilli paste and garlic paste. This time I fried it by stirring it for a while.

  • This time I put the lightly boiled kachu lati and potatoes together. This time I stirred it a little and put salt and turmeric powder in it. This time again, I have removed it by moving it a little for a while.

  • This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. This time I mixed the cumin paste inside it again by stirring it well. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while the broth is completely reduced. That means there is a light broth. This time I took it down from the stove.
