Telakucha leaves fried and it is very beneficial for our body

Today I am sharing with you Telakuchar leaf fry. It is very beneficial for our body. Especially for diabetics. I hope you like it.

So friends, here are the ingredients for frying Telakuchar leaves -

  • 1- Telakucha leaves
    2- Onion crush
    3- Raw chilli slice
    4- Crushed garlic
    5- Salt
    6-Yellow powder and
    7-Soybean oil etc.

How to fry-

  • First I picked some telakucha trees here. This time I took only the leaves from it.

  • This time I have cut the leaves into small pieces. Now I have washed them well.

  • This time I put a ring in the oven and put enough water in the pan. This time I put salt, turmeric powder and green chilli in it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while Balak left. This time I have put the chopped telakuchar leaves inside it. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while, I will dry the Telakuchar leaves by stirring them frequently. So I dried the water of Telakucha leaves by stirring it frequently. This time I took it down from the stove.

  • This time I put a ring again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil gets hot, I put onion and crushed garlic inside it. Now stir well and fry till light reddish. So it has been lightly fried.

  • This time I have given the telakucha leaves that have been moved inside the char. Now I will fry it by stirring it for a while. So it has been fried by stirring it for a while. This time I took it down from the stove.
