Today I am sharing with you delicious Punishak cooking recipe with fish. I hope you like it.
So here are the ingredients for cooking punishak with fish
- Punishak, tilapia fish, onion paste, green chilli paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
Cooking process -
- First here I cut the data of Punishak into small pieces and cut the leaves into small pieces. Now I have washed them well.
- This time I have cleaned the fish well, cut it into pieces and washed it.
- This time I put salt and turmeric powder inside the fish. This time I rubbed it well with my hands.
- This time I put a ring in the oven. This time I put the amount of oil inside it. When the oil is hot, I put salt and turmeric powder inside it for frying. This time I turned the fish upside down and fried it well. This time I took it down from the stove.
- This time I put a ring in the oven again. This time I put the amount of oil inside it. This time I stirred it a little with onion paste and put green chilli paste and garlic paste inside it. Now I have stirred them well and fried them for a while.
- This time I put punishak inside it. This time I stirred it well and covered it with lid. This time I will burn for a while.
- After a while I lifted the lid and stirred it well again and put salt and turmeric powder inside it. This time again, I will remove the punishak by moving it well. So my Punishak has been taken away.
- This time I have given enough water inside it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, Jhole Balak came. This time I gave it with fried fish inside. This time I stirred it well and put cumin paste in it. This time I will burn a little again. After a while the broth has come down a lot. This time I took it down from the stove.
- So my friends have made a delicious Punishak cooking with my fish. This time I am serving in a container.
