Selam arkadaşlar.
Sizlere severek yapıp yediğimiz bir börek tarifi vermek istiyorum. Biliyorsunuz ki alerji diyetindeyim ben yiyemiyorum. Eşim ve arkadaşım için yaptım. İster sahura ister iftara harika bir seçenek.

Malzemeler
3 yumurta
4 adet yufka
1 şişe maden suyu
1 bardak süt
Biraz sirke
1 paket hamur kabartma tozu
Peynir (biz tulum peynir kullanıyoruz, kaşar ve beyaz peynir karışımı da olabilir
Susam
Zeytinyağı

Tarifi
Bir bütün yufkayı borcama yerleştiriyoruz. Yumurta, maden suyu,süt,sirke,hamur kabartma tozuyla sos yapıyoruz. Diğer yufkayı 4’e bölüp sosa batırıyoruz. Aralara peynir harcı koyuyoruz yine 4’e bölüp sosa batırdığımız yufkaları diziyoruz. En üstünü de kapatıp kalan sosu üzerine döküp susam ekliyoruz. 180 derece önceden ısıtılmış fırında alt üst kızarıncaya kadar pişiriyoruz. Deneyeceklere afiyet olsun.

Hi friends.
I would like to give you a pie recipe that we love to cook and eat. You know, I'm on an allergy diet and I can't eat it. I made it for my wife and friend. It is a great option for sahur or iftar.

Materials
3 eggs
4 phyllo dough
1 bottle of mineral water
1 glass of milk
A little vinegar
1 packet of baking powder
Cheese (we use tulum cheese, it can be a mixture of cheddar and feta cheese)
Sesame
Olive oil

recipe
We place a whole yufka in my debt. We make sauce with eggs, mineral water, milk, vinegar, dough and baking powder. Divide the other phyllo into 4 and dip it into the sauce. We put cheese mortar in between, divide it into 4 and arrange the phyllo that we dipped in the sauce. Cover the top and pour the remaining sauce on it and add sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Good luck to those who will try.
