Recipe of FRIED CHICKENS WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE - Resep AYAM GORENG DENGAN SAUS ASAM MANIS

In this post, I share the recipe for Fried Chickens with Sweet and Sour Sauce. Sweet and Sour Sauce is a sauce that comes from Chinese cuisine.

Di postingan ini, aku berbagi resep Ayam Goreng dengan Saus Asam Manis. Saus Asam Manis merupakan saus yang berasal dari masakan Tionghoa.



INGREDIENTS:

● Chicken pieces
● Bamboe - Sweet and Sour Sauce
● Pepper powder
● Salt
● 1 egg, beat with salt
● Seasoning flour
● Red chili slices
● Cayenne pepper slices
● Cooking oil
● Chili paste
● About 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
● About 200 ml of water

● Potongan-potongan ayam
● Bamboe - Saus Asam Manis
● Lada bubuk
● Garam
● 1 buah telur, kocok bersama garam
● Tepung bumbu
● Potongan cabai merah
● Potongan cabai rawit
● Minyak goreng
● Pasta cabai
● Sekitar 2 sendok makan tepung maizena
● Sekitar 200 ml air

● Marinate the chicken pieces with pepper powder and salt for a few minutes.
● Coat the chicken piece with beaten egg and salt and seasoning flour then fry.
● Remove and drain when cooked.
● Put the red chili slices and the cayenne pepper slices in a frying pan with cooking oil. Stir.
● Add chili paste, cornstarch, about 200 ml of water, salt (the cornstarch is dissolved with some of about 200 ml of water before adding). Stir.
● Add Bamboe - Sweet and Sour Sauce. Stir.
● Correct the taste, add salt if not enough. Stir.
● Turn off the heat when you think it's cooked enough.

● Marinasi potongan-potongan ayam dengan lada bubuk dan garam selama beberapa menit.
● Baluri potongan ayam dengan kocokan telur dan garam dan tepung bumbu lalu goreng.
● Angkat dan tiriskan kalau sudah matang.
● Masukkan potongan cabai merah dan potongan cabai rawit ke wajan dengan minyak goreng. Aduk.
● Tambahkan pasta cabai, tepung maizena, sekitar 200 ml air, garam (tepung maizenanya dilarutkan dengan sebagian dari sekitar 200 ml air sebelum dimasukkan). Aduk.
● Tambahkan Bamboe - Saus Asam Manis. Aduk.
● Koreksi rasa, tambahkan garam kalau kurang. Aduk.
● Matikan api kalau merasa memasaknya sudah cukup.
