These weeks, almost every day I make drink with jelly filling, I always make large quantities. Making coconut milk chocolate drink with chocolate flavor jelly, coconut milk brown sugar drink with grass jelly flavor jelly, and various drinks I've made. What I'm sharing this time is the milk orange drink with strawberry flavor jelly and mango slices (or kuweni huh? I'm not sure 😅 but both (mango or kuweni) can be used).
Berminggu-minggu ini, hampir setiap hari aku membuat minuman dengan isian jelly, aku membuat selalu dalam jumlah banyak. Membuat es cokelat santan dengan jelly rasa cokelat, es gula merah santan dengan jelly rasa cincau, dan bermacam-macam yang telah kubuat. Yang kushare kali ini adalah es jeruk susu dengan jelly rasa stroberi dan potongan mangga (atau kueni ya? Aku tak yakin 😅 tapi keduanya (mangga atau kueni) boleh-boleh saja).
INGREDIENTS:
BAHAN-BAHAN:
• Mango/kuweni slices
• 1 sachet of Nutrisari jeruk nipis (lime) flavor and 1 sachet of Nutrisari jeruk peras (squeezed orange) flavor (can use other citrus drink products)
• Nutrijell (or other jelly products) strawberry flavor (1 sachet is actually enough, at that time I used 2, but I didn't use all of the result)
• Frozen water
• Sweetened condensed milk
• Sugar
• Water
• Potongan mangga/kueni
• 1 saset Nutrisari rasa jeruk nipis dan 1 saset Nutrisari rasa jeruk peras (boleh menggunakan produk minuman jeruk lain)
• Nutrijell (atau produk jelly lain) rasa stroberi (1 saset saja sudah cukup sebenarnya, waktu itu aku menggunakan 2, tapi aku tidak menggunakan semua dari hasilnya)
• Es batu
• Susu kental manis
• Gula
• Air
HOW TO MAKE:
CARA MEMBUAT:
• Cook Nutrijell with water and sugar.
• After cooked, put it into frozen water.
• Stir until the solution becomes jelly pieces.
• Mix with sweetened condensed milk and Nutrisari.
• Add mango/kuweni slices.
• Add water.
• Stir.
• Masak Nutrijell dengan air dan gula.
• Setelah matang, taruh ke es batu.
• Aduk-aduk sehingga larutan menjadi potongan-potongan jelly.
• Campur dengan susu kental manis dan Nutrisari.
• Tambahkan potongan mangga/kueni.
• Tambahkan air.
• Aduk.
