Esta es una receta súper sencilla y fácil de hacer en casa ya que utilizamos pocos ingredientes que estén a nuestro alcance, estos panqueques son deliciosos y podemos combinarlos con chocolate, frutas, sirope de fresa, miel, etc.
This is a super simple and easy recipe to make at home since we use few ingredients that are within our reach, these pancakes are delicious and we can combine them with chocolate, fruits, strawberry syrup, honey, etc.
Ingredientes:
• 2 tazas de Harina de Trigo
• 15 g de Avena en Hojuelas
• 20 g de Azúcar
• 1 cucharada de Vainilla
• 30 g de Gotas de Chocolate
• 1 taza de Agua
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 15 g oat flakes
- 20 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 30 g chocolate drops
- 1 cup water
Lo primero que hago es añadir en una licuadora, 1 taza de agua seguido de los 20 g de Azúcar. Ya añadidos los ingredientes procedo a encender la batidora para que estos se mezclen.
The first thing I do is to add in a blender, 1 cup of water followed by the 20 g of sugar. Once the ingredients have been added, I proceed to turn on the blender to mix them.
Una vez ya batidos estos ingredientes, añado 1 cucharada de vainilla, los 15 g de Avena y las 2 tazas de Harina de Trigo y sigo batiendo por 3 minutos más.
Once these ingredients have been beaten, I add 1 tablespoon of vanilla, the 15 g of oatmeal and the 2 cups of wheat flour and continue beating for 3 more minutes.
Ya lista la mezcla de panqueques, procedo a cocinarlas en un sartén caliente y con media cucharada de aceite, dejo cocinar por ambos lados o hasta que estén doraditas y listas las panqueques.
Once the pancake mixture is ready, I proceed to cook them in a hot skillet with half a tablespoon of oil, I let them cook on both sides or until they are golden brown and the pancakes are ready.
Estas se pueden acompañar con miel, algún sirope del que prefiera, en mi caso le añadí unas gotas de chocolate y a disfrutar.
These can be accompanied with honey, some syrup of your choice, in my case I added a few drops of chocolate and enjoy.
