Good morning friends !!! 🌈 Today I bring you a new adventure for me, as you know or not, I currently work in a dietician, almost a year ago, therefore I try to try many things, not only out of curiosity but also to know and recommend to customers.
Buenos días amigos!!!🌈 hoy les traigo una nueva aventura para mi, como ya saben o no, trabajo actualmente en una dietética, hace ya casi un año, por ende trato de probar muchas cosas, no solo por curiosidad si no también para saber y recomendar a los clientes.
Several months have passed since they began to market TOFU in the premises, it is an oriental food based on vegetable protein and without flavor. This has to be given by each one as they like best.
It is commonly consumed by vegetarians or vegans, some customers tell me that it is cheese type, others tell me that it is chicken type, but the reality is that to know what it tastes like I had to try it myself.
Han pasado varios meses desde que empezaron a comercializar TOFU en el local, es un alimento oriental a base de proteína vegetal y sin sabor. Esto lo tiene que dar cada uno como más le guste.
Es comúnmente consumido por vegetarianos o veganos, algunos clientes me dicen que es tipo queso, otros me dicen que es tipo pollo, pero la realidad es que para saber a qué sabe tuve que probarlo yo misma.

- Soy sauce
- Curry
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Rice
- Vegetables
First I take it out of its packaging and leave it wrapped in a napkin for 30 minutes, after an hour I cut it into slices and then into cubes,
Entonces empecemos ... lo que vamos a necesitar es
- Tofu
- Salsa de soja
- Curry
- Aceite de oliva
- Cebolla
- Ajo
- Arroz
- Verduras
Primero lo saco de su envoltorio y lo dejo envuelto en una servilleta por 30 minutos, luego de una hora lo corto en rodajas y luego en cubos,
Previously I cut the garlic, onion and put it in a bowl, I added a little olive oil, curry and soy sauce. (Do not overdo it with the soy sauce because it invades everything) mix everything and make a sauce, add the diced tofu and let it marinate for 4, 5 hours ..
Previamente a esto corté ajo, cebolla y lo introduje en un bol, le tire un poco de aceite de oliva, curry y salsa de soja. (no se pasen con la salsa de soja porque invade todo) mezcle todo y se hizo una salsa, le tire el tofu cortado en cubos y lo deje marinar por 4, 5 horas..
While the tofu was marinating, it occurred to me to make sautéed rice with vegetables to accompany it.
so I took some that I already had in my refrigerator like chili, onion, zucchini ... and cooked them.
Mientras se marinaba el tofu, se me ocurrió hacer arroz salteado con verduras para acompañarlo.
así que tomé algunas que ya tenía en mi refrigerador como chile, cebolla, calabacín ... y las cociné
Pasadas las horas procedí a sofreír todo junto a fuego medio 🍳
Una vez pasadas las horas ya procedí a saltear todo junto a fuego medio...
And in 30 minutes we ate this excellent dish 🍛

In my opinion it is neither chicken nor cheese, it has a strange texture that I could not explain in words, it all depends on the flavor of each one, I used soy and curry so I invaded a bit of everything, I want to do it again but this different time since tofu can be cooked in a thousand different ways ... it was a great experience that I would definitely repeat 👍

En mi opinión no es ni pollo ni queso, tiene una textura extraña que no sabría explicar con palabras, todo depende el sabor que le de cada uno, yo me excedí en soja y curry por ende invadio un poco todo, quiero volver a hacer pero esta vez hacerlo distinto ya que el tofu se puede cocinar de mil maneras distintas... fue una experiencia buenisima que sin duda volvería a repetir 👍
