Our bodies need food, as humans food is very important.The body really needs food, plus food that is useful for energy, so that the body is able to move. Yesterday we cooked Acehnese specialties, for the Acehnese (KUAH PLIK) which proved delicious here.(Kuwaah plik) This curry is very easy to cook regardless of the type of fish, the best cooked with plik but the best is fresh water fish.The taste of this kuwaah is sour, spicy and fatty and has a bitter sweet taste.Moreover, it is eaten still warm and at noon adds an extraordinarily delicious taste. Like what we did, I cooked it at 11.26 until 12.09, then we enjoyed it during the day, when my husband left work. For those of you who like Acehnese specialties, you can prepare ingredients for cooking.
Cooking ingredients:
- 200 ml coconut milk 1 lemongrass
- Stalk/ ground 2 sheets of belly
- Kaffir lime leaves 10 grams plik U
(dried coconut) eggplant or long - Beans. small chili Red chili
- Turmeric leaf galangal/ground
- Garlic and onion pepper.
