It's me Esha from Pakistan. Today I'm going to make amazing dish of Pakistan. It's also one of my favorite dish which I used to eat in summer's. So let's get started.
Ingredients
Salt | as required
Red chili powder | as required
Garlic | 1
Onion | 2
Tomatoes | 2 (small)
Apple guard | 1 kg
Turmeric powder | as required
Ginger | 1
Green chillies | 4,5
Oil | 3,4 spoons
Step 1
First I bought about a kilo of apple gourd. While buying them one has to be very careful that it is not too hard because those that are hard should not be cooked at all because they have a slightly bad taste. After that I washed them well and then peeled them off
Step 2
After that cut them into equal size but once again wash them well so that no soil remains on it.
Step 3
I roughly chopped two large sized onions and also finely chopped the tomatoes ginger and garlic, you can coat the garlic and add it in if you like but I put it as is.
Step 4
After that, take a pan and wash everything like onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies in it. Let it cook on low flame.
Step 5
After about ten to fifteen minutes, remove the lid and with the help of a big spoon, start softening the onion and when it softens well, add as much oil as you like, remember not to use too much oil. Because it can also cause cholesterol problems for many people, so start adding it in a good way by adding proper amount of oil.
Step 6
Fry it on low flame for about 20 to 25 minutes. Onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies should be dissolved completely. Nothing should be remain in hard form so as not to come into the mouth later. Keep roasting it well. This step is the most important in the entire recipe. Do not rush it, but keep roasting it slowly on a low flame.

After frying all the ingredients well, add apple gourd into them and then start frying them well. Fry this too for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 8
As soon as they start to soften, start pressing them with the help of a spoon and fry the hard surface so that it takes the shape of the soft material.
Step 9
When all the ingredients are fried well, check the salt and pepper and add whatever is required.
Final look
After that make a roti and eat it with it. It is very fun to eat it with fresh roti. You have amazing vegetarian dish in front of you.
