The ingredients required to make Sambalado Eggs are as follows:
Ingredients
6 Eggs
Cooking oil
Enough water
Salt and a little sugar for flavor
Seasonings
5 Red Onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
5 red chilies [if you want it spicier you can add it]
How to cook Sambalado Eggs
First, boil an egg that has been prepared for about 8 minutes, when the egg shell is cracked, the egg is cooked. Then drain.
Then peel the egg shells, prepare the cooking oil, fry the peeled egg for just a moment, make sure the eggs are turned back and forth when fried and they look red, then drain.
How to prepare Sambalado seasoning
Blend all the spices that have been prepared until smooth, chop a clove of red onion, a piece of pandanus leaf, then prepare the oil, then sauté. When the onion smells clear, pour in the Sambalado spices, and sauté. Add salt and sugar to taste, stirring occasionally evenly for 10 minutes.
