Para está ensalada vamos a necesitar:

2 huevos

Lo primero que haremos será lavar muy bien las papas, zanahorias y la remolacha o betabel.
Luego en una olla vaporera, colocamos a cocer al vapor todos nuestros ingredientes. Cuando cosemos al vapor nuestras hortalizas conservan todas sus propiedades... También podemos hervirlas en abundante agua.
Cuando estén blandas, es decir que le introduzcamos un tenedor y este pase fácil quiere decir que ya están listas.
Luego retiramos la concha o cáscara de nuestras hortalizas.
Picamos todo en cuadritos pequeños.
Vertemos en un bol y mezclamos bien.
Allí agregamos una pizca de sal y un chorrito de aceite de su preferencia puede ser de oliva, maíz, canola o soja y mayonesa y mezclamos bien.
