Feliz inicio de semana, el día de hoy les comparto este delicioso sandwich para desayunar delicioso y empezar el día con energía✨
Para hacerlo sólo necesité estos ingredientes:
- 1 pan canilla
- 25 gr de lechuga americana
- 1 tomate
- 20 gr de queso guayanés
- 1 huevo
- 1 cd de vinagre
- Sal
- Aceite vegetal

Happy start of the week, today I share with you this delicious sandwich to have a delicious breakfast and start the day with energy✨.
To make it I only needed these ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 25 gr of American lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 20 gr of guayanes cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Vamos a lavar el tomate y la lechuga, el tomate lo picamos en rodajas y la lechuga en pedazos, más que todo para quitarle las venas duras a la lechuga.
Esto lo sumergimos en agua con vinagre, por 10 minutos, para matar bacterias.
Luego, batimos el huevo y le agregamos el queso y una pizca de sal, para hacer una tortilla. Y abrimos el pan.
We are going to wash the tomato and the lettuce, we chop the tomato in slices and the lettuce in pieces, mostly to remove the hard veins from the lettuce.
We submerge it in water with vinegar for 10 minutes to kill bacteria.
Then, we beat the egg and add the cheese and a pinch of salt, to make an omelet. And open the bread.
Luego, metemos esta tortilla dentro del pan para tostarlo un poco. Y terminamos rellenando con lechuga y tomate.

Este fue el resultado final, sin salsas ni caros ingredientes, obtuvimos un delicioso sandwich en pocos pasos.
