Hola mis amigos buenas noches espero se encuentren bien hoy les traigo una receta mas sencilla. Espero sea de su agrado y me apoyen. Se trata de unos deliciosos tequeños venezolanos con queso, pero también se pueden rellenar de otras cosas como por ejemplo; Jamón, Salchichas, entre otros.
Hello my friends, good night I hope you are well today I bring you a simpler recipe. I hope you like it and support me. It is about delicious Venezuelan tequeños with cheese, but they can also be filled with other things such as; Ham, Sausages, among others.

Ingredientes:

Harina de trigo
Mantequilla o aceite
Huevo
Queso

Ingredients:

Wheat flour
Butter or oil
Egg
Cheese


Preparación:
  • Ponemos en un bol grande la harina de trigo excepto unas 2 cucharadas de harina que dejamos para ir engordando la masa.
We put the wheat flour in a large bowl except for about 2 tablespoons of flour that we leave to thicken the dough.
  • Con una cuchara hacemos un hoyo en el centro del bol, echamos la mantequilla cortada en dados y el huevo.
    Añadimos el agua tibia y sal. Batimos con una cuchara de madera desde el centro hacia afuera y vamos poco a poco mezclando con la harina.

  • Seguimos removiendo con las manos lo que empieza a ser la masa, por ahora será una mezcla pegajosa pero firme.
    Preparamos la zona donde vamos a amasar, la encimera de la cocina es perfecta.

  • Espolvoreamos la zona con harina, sacamos la masa del bol y empezamos a trabajarla. Es muy importante el refinado para que quede más elástica, estiramos la masa como un churro y la retorcemos en espiral varias veces.
We sprinkle the area with flour, remove the dough from the bowl and begin to work it. The refining is very important so that it is more elastic, we stretch the dough like a churro and twist it in a spiral several times.
  • Al final volvemos a juntar y amasar de nuevo durante unos diez minutos. Este es el truco que hace que la masa quede perfecta.
At the end we put it back together and knead again for about ten minutes. This is the trick that makes the dough perfect.
  • Después de esos 10 minutos podremos manipular la masa con más rapidez ya que irá quedando elástica y homogénea. La medida de harina correcta es “hasta que la masa no se pegue a las manos”, pero tampoco se debe abusar. Recordad que la cantidad depende de la harina que vayáis a utilizar, pues no siempre vienen de moliendas iguales, ni el tipo de trigo es el mismo.

  • Vamos convirtiendo la masa en una bola. Cogemos el anterior bol, lo enharinamos y metemos la bola dentro. Tapamos el bol con un trapo de algodón durante unos 30 minutos.
We are turning the dough into a ball. We take the previous bowl, flour it and put the ball inside. We cover the bowl with a cotton cloth for about 30 minutes.

- Cortar el queso en palitos de 3cm de largo x 1cm x 1 cm (deben quedar como rectángulos de 1 cm de espesor por lado) Una vez transcurridos los 30 minutos, estirar la masa con un rodillo (o una botella) hasta que alcance un espesor bien delgado (3 a 4 mm).
Cut the cheese into sticks 3cm long x 1cm x 1cm (they should be rectangles 1cm thick per side) After 30 minutes, roll out the dough with a rolling pin (or a bottle) until it reaches a very thin thickness (3 to 4 mm).
  • Cortar la masa en tiras de 3 cm de ancho por 20 cm de largo aproximadamente, enrollar la masa alrededor de los trozos de queso comenzando desde un extremos en forma de espiral y sellando bien los extremos para que el queso no se salga.
Cut the dough into strips of 3 cm wide by 20 cm long approximately, roll the dough around the pieces of cheese starting from one ends in a spiral shape and sealing the ends well so that the cheese does not come out.

- Freír en abundante aceite caliente hasta que doren, retirar del aceite y colocar sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de grasa.
Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown, remove from oil and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
- Servir calientes y disfrutar compartiendo con ella, con los amigos, familiares, el vecino o incluso con Firulais. Disfrutar.
