Consiste en un delicioso arroz con cerdo en paella.
Ingredientes:
*750gr de Arroz blanco.
*1kg de chuletas de cerdo.
*3 ajís picados
*cebolla pequeña.
*Ajo
*Cilantro
*Comino
*Sal
*Aceite
*Agua
*2 plátanos maduros

It consists of a delicious rice with pork in paella.
Ingredients:

• 1kg of pork chops.
• 3 chili peppers, chopped
• little onion.
• Garlic
• Cilantro
• Cumin
  *Salt
• Oil
• Water
• 2 ripe bananas.

Te cuento el proceso de cómo lo preparo. Lo primero fue cortar las chuletas de cerdo en cuadritos.

Los aderezos se cortan en cuadritos y se fríen, se agrega la carne de cerdo picada y se mezcla hasta incorporar todo. Se agrega arroz y se vuelve a mezclar todo.

Luego se agrega el agua medida y se agregan 3 tazas de arroz y se agregan 6 tazas de agua, se lleva a ebullición y se baja la llama para que el agua se seque a fuego lento.
