This restaurant is market cuisine, with very fresh, quality products and original preparations.
It was also added to the Michelin guide a few months ago.
Inside there are paintings by amateur authors that you can buy.
- Raw red tuna toast, with fresh tomato and wasabi flowers (β¬19): The best bluefin tuna I've had to date. Spectacular.
- Cod tripe, chickpeas and sobrasada stew (β¬8 half portion): The broth should have been thicker and flavorful but was good.
- Pork trotters, raw shrimp, mushrooms and cherries stew (β¬9 half portion): Original one. Your mouth was sticky from the gelatin in the stew.
- Grilled Iberian pork sandwich, with green peppers and kimchi mayonnaise (β¬19): The bread is artisanal and is very thin, like pita bread. The cut of meat was very good and with a lot of flavor.
- Chocolate cake, corn and salted peanut ice cream (β¬6): I loved the salty ice cream.
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 8 points out of 10.
