This is the second restaurant of a reknown chef in Alicante that was finalist in a famous cooking TV show; his first restaurant is specialized in haute cuisine tasting menu but, this one is, as he himself calls it Fast Good concept. And although is far better than the regular typical fast food around, still doesn't convince me at all, mostly price/quality ratio (I found it a bit expensive for the low quality they're serving, in my opinion).
They have a ⭐4.2 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐3.
- Downfloor salon.
- You order and wait for the artifact to start ringing as it means your food is ready.
- Russian Salad cracker topped with salted fish.
- Serrano ham x2 and roasted chicken x2 croquettes.
- Fried pork ear strips with brava sauce.
- Tuna tartare on marrow bone.
- Peking duck puff pastry sandwich.
- Sausage and chimichurri pizza.
- Blue cheese cheesecake.
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 4 points out of 10.
