Making their own 4 types of homemade vermouth, this Alicante tavern is also specialized in offering fresh products and high quality canned food. Fernando, the owner and cook, also prepares, under reservation, some nice paellas for business meetings, etc..
It's not the cheapest place in Alicante town but it's absolutely worth trying their homemade tuna jerky or the canned mussels.
They have a ⭐4.7 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.
- Homemade bitter red vermouth.
- Artisan chips.
- Can of large mussels (6-7 pieces, €12/can).
- Homemade sardine loins in EVOO.
- Homemade tuna jerky.
- Stewed dry beans with meat.
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 8 points out of 10.

This tavern have really good dishes
Yes Noemi, it's the typical small wooden place (not the fancy or the famous) but with quality homemade product; Fernando also makes his own homemade tuna roe (around 6 months of curating and preparing the roe to be finally eaten) and it's heaven.
