Eating at "Gastroadcitos" restaurant - Second visit👍

This is a restaurant with a beautiful terrace placed in Segorbe, a town declared an asset of cultural interest in Comunidad Valenciana.

Their cuisine is local product with original elaborations into a very competitive tasting menu prices, being their longer tasting menu at 30€/person, drinks not included.

They have a ⭐4.7 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐3.

  • Garlic gazpacho with Marcona almonds, apple and salmon.

  • Mediterranean octopus cone with aioli of its ink.

  • Corn, Almedijar cheese and Segorbe ham.

  • "The egg and the hen".

  • Creamy rabbit from Gaibiel rice with mushrooms from Espadan and snails.

  • Petit fours.

  • Burnt rum carajillo.

Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 5.5 points out of 10.
