I am not a big fan of eating the whole fresh durian. I remember my first time I was so excited and bought 3kg fresh durian. My first bite I know it is not for me so left the whole thing for the owner of a hostel I stayed. Until now still not a fan of fresh durian. But your cakes looks yummy. Thanks for sharing with us.
@dora381 You should try to make it an ice cream or cakes like mine maybe you'd like it more. It doesn't take a long time as I was also baking this before visiting my nephew and niece :D. 3KG durian is a bit too much haha :D was it in SEA when you first tried it?
Yes, it was like 7 years ago I think. When I visited Danang and I know that's a good place to try Durian haha. Ice cream may be a good idea. I will see if I can find a good recipe to make next time when I see durian :)
