Making recipes myself is always a great pleasure to me. So, occasionally I make recipes as it gives me lots of pleasure. Today I gonna share a very simple recipe called Maggi. Locally this food is very popular among the children. It has very nice health benefits.

রেসিপি তৈরি করা আমার কাছে সর্বদা একটি দুর্দান্ত আনন্দ। সুতরাং, মাঝে মাঝে আমি রেসিপি তৈরি করি কারণ এটি আমাকে প্রচুর আনন্দ দেয়। আজ আমি একটি খুব সহজ রেসিপি শেয়ার করতে যাচ্ছি। স্থানীয়ভাবে এই খাবারটি শিশুদের মধ্যে খুব জনপ্রিয়। এটির খুব সুন্দর স্বাস্থ্য সুবিধা রয়েছে।

For One Person meal:

INGREDIENTS	AMOUNT
POTATO	2 Pieces(50-75gm)
EGG	2 Pieces
MAGGI	50 grams
MAGGI Spicy	Included with Maggi package
Others	As necessary Oil, Black Chilly ,Salt

Making Process:

Cut all the necessary Potato, Green Chilly into tiny pieces and collect all necessary ingredients mentioned above at a place.

সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় আলু, সবুজ লঙ্কা ছোট ছোট টুকরোকরে কেটে নিন এবং উপরে উল্লিখিত সমস্ত প্রয়োজনীয় উপাদান গুলি একটি জায়গায় সংগ্রহ করুন।

Fire your oven, add potato into oil and fry it, then collect it on a plate

আপনার ওভেন ফায়ার করুন, তেলে আলু যোগ করুন এবং এটি ভাজুন, তারপর এটি একটি প্লেটে সংগ্রহ করুন

Fry egg and collect it

Boil the Maggi into the water for a few minutes and add Maggi masala to it later

Add all the fried ingredients now and mix it well

Here in Nigeria, maggi is just a spice.
