Delicioso Pastel de Parchita (Maracuyá)/ Delicious Parchita Cake (Maracuyá)

Hola Amigos de esta preciosa comunidad, el día de hoy les voy a presentar el Pastel de Parchita (Maracuyá).

Hello friends of this beautiful community, today I am going to introduce you to the Parchita (Maracuyá) Cake.

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 KL de Harina de Trigo Leudante
  • 1/2 KL de Azúcar
  • 250 G de Margarina
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Taza de Jugo de Parchita (Maracuyá) Concentrado

Para el Merengue:

  • 1 Taza de Azúcar
  • 2 Claras de Huevo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 KL of Leavening Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 KL of sugar
  • 250 G of margarine
  • 1 cup of Parchita (Passion Fruit) Juice Concentrate

For the Meringue:

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Preparación

En un bol colocamos la margarina junto con la azúcar y mezclamos

Preparation

Place the margarine and sugar in a bowl and mix.

Ahora se le agregan los huevos uno por uno y se continua batiendo

Now add the eggs one by one and continue beating

Se le coloca el jugo de la Parchita(Maracuyá) y se continua mezclando

Add the juice of the Parchita (passion fruit) and continue mixing.

Por Ultimo Se agrega la harina y revolvemos en forma envolvente

Finally, add the flour and stir in an enveloping way

Ahora colocaremos la mezcla ya lista en un molde para pasteles previamente engrasado y enharinado

Now place the mixture in a greased and floured cake pan

Procedemos a introducirlo en el horno a 180°C por 30 minutos

We proceed to place it in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Ya listo nuestro Pastel procedemos a sacarlo del horno y del molde

Once our cake is ready, we proceed to remove it from the oven and the mold

Ahora Procedemos a decorarla con nuestro merengue que se prepara de la siguiente manera colocamos las 2 claras de huevo en un bol y batimos a punto de nieve luego se agrega la azucara en forma de lluvia hasta que tenga una consistencia cremosa.

Now we proceed to decorate it with our meringue, which is prepared as follows: place the 2 egg whites in a bowl and beat until stiff, then add the sugar in the form of rain until it has a creamy consistency
