The Worst Stirred Wet Flat Noodle

Hello, friends especially foodies!

One day my family took me out to a place that they know sold tasty noodle soto and also stirred wet flat noodle. I expected they were right that day.

The place was quite fancy, with high ceiling placement. Cool dining area, yellow dimmed light. Nice place to have dinner and chit chat. Right?

Because the best menu that they had were noodle soto and stirred wet flat noodle, we only ordered that two menus.

For the noodle soto you need to put some lime pressed on it, if you wanted some sour flavour to your noodle soto.

While for the stirred wet flat noodle, no need to put any lime pressed to it. But oh no it had sour flavour, so weird, because instead of savory flavour it also had sour flavour. I thought they used good quality of flat noodle, sliced beef and veggie but with that sour flavour which tasted not match, this menu was a big no for me. The first and the last trial for this kind of dish there. Weirdly my aunt didn't think her flat noodle had sour flavour, maybe mine was a cooking mistake!
