En esta oportunidad, les traigo un rico y sencillo plato de costilla de cerdo, al horno con salsa agridulce, papas fritas y unas ricas rodajas de pan.
In this opportunity, I bring you a rich and simple dish of pork ribs, baked with sweet and sour sauce, french fries and some delicious slices of bread.
- 1/2 kg costilla de cerdo
- -orégano
- 2 papas
- vinagre
- 1/2 kg, de tomate
- 1 pan sobado
- 200 gr de azúcar
- 1/2 kg pork rib
-oregano - 2 potatoes
- vinegar
- 1/2 kg tomato
- 1 loaf of bread
- 200 gr sugar
Realizamos la salsa agridulce, colocamos en la licuadora, el tomate en trozos, un chorro de vinagre, azúcar, una pizca de adobo y licuamos, listo, vertemos a la taza, para hornear con las ricas, costillas de cochino, a fuego lento, por una hora.
We make the sweet and sour sauce, we put in the blender, the tomato pieces, a dash of vinegar, sugar, a pinch of adobo and blend, ready, pour into the bowl, to bake with the rich, pork ribs, over low heat, for an hour.
