Well, I happen to have several cassava trees that I planted in my backyard, so this time I want to use the existing ingredients and try to experiment with fried foods that are cheap, healthy, delicious and of course the cooking method is easy and simple. Yes, it's called FRIED TOFU WITH CASSAVA LEAVES

Moreover, since December until now the weather in Indonesia is still the rainy season, maybe in some regions and countries in Asia also have the same weather. Well, in the rainy season like this, it is most suitable to relax, watch Netflix or just gather with your beloved family accompanied by healthy and delicious fried foods. But don't worry, those who work can still enjoy this fried food because it is easy to carry and can be made as a lunch box at the office with colleagues. Okay, I will share with you how to prepare the following snacks.

First: boil water to boil the cassava leaves. Finely chop the cassava leaves. Wait until it boils then add the cassava leaves until the cassava leaves are cooked, the texture of the cassava leaves becomes soft. Turn off the stove and drain. Or you can also boil the cassava leaves first, after they are cooked, then chop them.

Second: prepare the fine spices. Peel the garlic and prepare other seasoning ingredients, namely small chilies, coriander. Oh yes, if you use a mortar and pestle, add salt to make it easy to grind. You can also smooth it using a blender

Third: wash the tofu, then crush the tofu. Add all the ingredients, namely ground spices, cassava leaves, eggs, wheat flour, Royco seasoning, pepper powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well.

Fourth: take a little dough and shape it into a ball or according to your wishes. Repeat until finished. Set aside

Fifth: make a flour paste as a coating, so that the cake does not crumble. Prepare a container. Add flour and salt then add water. Mix well.

Sixth: Heat the oil. Take the cake balls one by one and dip them into the flour coating mixture to get a crispy texture on the outside but soft on the inside. Then put them in hot oil. Fry until cooked or the color becomes golden yellow. Do the same for all the cake dough.
