Preparar pizzas en casa es algo que me encanta hacer porque soy amante de ellas y cuando tengo ganas de prepararlas me animo a hacerlas porque las disfrutamos en familia, además hoy en día el mercado nos ofrece ingredientes para hacerla en casa más rápidamente, encontramos las pre pizzas, el pan de pita, las tortillas que es la base del pan, también encontramos la salsa ya lista, en fin, lo único que hacemos es comprar y listo y así ahorramos tiempo y dinero. Así que amigos espero que le guste mi receta de hoy.
Preparing pizzas at home is something I love to do because I love them and when I feel like preparing them I dare to make them because we enjoy them with the family, also today the market offers us ingredients to make it at home more quickly, we find the pre pizzas, pita bread, tortillas which is the base of the bread, we also find the sauce already ready, in short, all we do is buy and ready and thus save time and money. So friends I hope you like my recipe today.
- 3 unidades de masa de pizza precocida
- 1 salsa para pizza
- 200 gr de queso mozzarella
- 200 gr de jamón
- 1/2 pimiento rojo
- orégano
- 3 units of pre-pizza dough
- 1 pizza sauce
- 200 gr mozzarella cheese
- 200 gr ham
- 1/2 red pepper
- oregano
- Colocar la base estas que conseguí son enormes y se venden para hacer pizzas, así que la puse en un recipiente para pizza y le unté mantequilla.

- Luego le puse la salsa a la base usé una que compré que dice que es para salsa de pizza, esta es muy buena, lo que hice fue agregarle una cucharadita de orégano para darle más sabor.

- Luego coloco el queso mozzarella rallado, si quieres puedes poner otro tipo de queso pero a mi me gusta el sabor de este queso y además es muy bueno para gratinar.
- Then I put the grated mozzarella cheese, if you want you can put another type of cheese but I like the flavor of this cheese and it is also very good for gratin.
- Ahora añade todos los toppings que quieras, yo sólo añadí jamón de pata y pimiento rojo en juliana, pero puedes usar maíz, cebolla, bacon, tomate, lo que quieras.
- Now add all the toppings you want, I only added leg ham and julienned red pepper, but you can use corn, onion, bacon, tomatoes, whatever you want.
- Al final vuelvo a poner queso, lo hago así porque me gusta el queso por encima.
- At the end I put cheese again, I do it this way because I like cheese on top.
- Ahora lo meto en el horno precalentado y lo dejo cocer durante 10 minutos, se prepara rápido porque la masa ya está cocida, lo que hay que esperar es que se dore el queso.
- Now I put it in the preheated oven and let it cook for 10 minutes, it is prepared quickly because the dough is already cooked, what you have to wait is for the cheese to brown.
Listo estas deliciosas pizzas. Ahora vamos a probarlo.

Nunca me atrevo a hacer pizzas en casa por la cuestión de la masa, creo que es un poco compleja esa parte, pero con esta receta que nos presentas creo que lo voy a intentar. Se ve deliciosa!

que rico se ve, la verdad me antojé de pizza, acá en argentina ponemos la salsa, luego el queso y arriba el jamon u otro tipo de fiambre, esto lo hacemos de esa manera para que cuando cortes con un cuchillo de los que tienen cerruchito y si se corre el fiambre no se lleve tambien el queso pues aqui no es muy tradicional que tengamos en casa un cuchillo con filo sin cerrucho.
