Making fresh pasta dough is very simple and inexpensive.
Just take 400g of flour and 4 large eggs, mix them all together and kneed for 15 minutes.
Once the surface of the dough is smooth, wrap it in cling film and rest for another 15-20 minutes.
Cut it into your desired shape of pasta and cook them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and you're done!
