Today I'm sharing a recipe full of love for all of you, it's some very tasty lentils with sausages that everyone should like. At home I prepare many this type of recipe since it has a good nutritional source and when there are children it is recommended π ...!!!

Β« 1/2 kilo de lentejas.
Β« 3 salchichas.
Β« 1 cebolla morada.
Β« 1 cebolla blanca.
Β« 1 pimenton.
Β« 4 ajies.
Β« Oregano, comino y sal al gusto.
He used the following ingredients:
Β« 1/2 kilo of lentils.
Β« 3 sausages.
Β« 1 purple onion.
Β« 1 white onion.
Β« 1 paprika.
Β« 4 peppers.
Β« oregano, cumin and salt to taste.

1.- Clean the lentils, place them in water overnight, to avoid flutulence. The next day we remove the water and put it to cook for about ten minutes, since these grains are a bit soft π.

2.Later we clean the vegetables. We cut them into small pieces and take them to fry π.

- Followed we cut the sausages and add them to the vegetables we let cook for a few minutes π.

- Then we add the sausages to the lentils, let them cook for several minutes and that's it π..!!!
