Vegan bowl recipe
Hallo Foodies! These are the ingredients we are going to be using today, to make a neat Vegan bowl! :D
The first thing I did after washing my hands was to cut up some of the fresh veggies which isn't going on the stove.
What you see starting from the top left is:
- 1 Mango
- 1 Homegrown Tomato
- A few leaves of lettuce
Then I cut up the 2 things we needed for the stove, I also made 200g of Rice. This is what I used: (P.s, Not sure why the Tofu is so out of focus oO)
- 1 Block of Tofu (250G)
- 1 bundle of Asparagus
- 200G of Rice. (100G each)
I also just drizzled a bit of vegan butter on top of these things.
Vegan homemade sauce🍆
This is my vegan homemade sauce, made with 3 ingredients only:
- 1 Tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tsp of Maple Syrup
- 2 Table spoons of Vegan Greek Yogurt (Alpro Plain-Natural)

P.s We have 100G of Rice each at the buttom of this bowl with a bit of pepper and salt.
Nutrition is important kids
I get around 500 - 1000 Calories every dinner. Sometimes it depends on what I have eaten throughout the day other times it depends on weather or not I aim to get cheeky and eat some chocolate later as a snack ;)
As long as I get around 2K calories a day then I am gucci, that makes me in a 300 calories deficit which is amazing at the moment :D
P.s I got around 70g of Protein for my entire day and I ate a lot of bread today :p So its really not hard to get protein on a vegan diet as many are asking for.
